Description
The chisel cranked with inclined cutting edge 45 ° is one of our new MHG special irons. It is particularly suitable for finishing rabbets and tenons. With the cranked blade, finishing work can be carried out very precisely within larger areas. The additional angled cutting edge makes this chisel ideal for cleaning up excess glue in inside corners of drawers and carcasses, for example. For such finishing work, the tool is usually guided by hand or lightly struck with the heel of the hand. Therefore, the chisel comes with our proven short chisel handle without a ferrule. Nevertheless, this is stable enough to be struck with the mallet, if this should be necessary.
