The MHG 90° Corner Chisel is an ideal hand tool for working in inaccessible areas.
The MHG Corner Chisel is particularly suitable for clean pre-cutting or finishing of manually machined inside corners and tenon holes. It is also ideal for precise and consistent work at a 90-degree angle after routing or drilling. For these and many other tasks, this corner chisel was developed with a precisely milled blade at a 90° angle and a cutting edge width of 12.7 x 12.7 mm (1/2"). The blade, made of high-quality CV steel with a hardness of 61 HRC, guarantees cutting edge retention over its entire working length.
Since the tool is usually held by hand or lightly struck with the ball of the hand, the ergonomically shaped, oiled ash handle does not require an upper ferrule. This handle can even withstand light blows from a mallet.
